  5. The service uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Handling inquiries via the form.
  6. The service performs functions to obtain information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through voluntarily entered data in forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookies in end devices.

2. SELECTED DATA PROTECTION METHODS USED BY THE OPERATOR

  1. Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in such a way that only the Operator with a key can read them. This protects the data in case of a database theft from the server.
  2. Users’ passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it is not possible to reverse it, which currently constitutes a modern standard in storing users’ passwords.
  3. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. To protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
  5. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which particularly means regular updates of programming components.

4. YOUR RIGHTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON HOW DATA IS USED

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This concerns such groups of recipients:
    • authorized persons by us, employees, and contractors who must have access to personal data to perform their duties,
    • hosting company,
    • companies handling mailing,
    • companies handling SMS messages,
    • companies with which the Administrator cooperates in terms of its own marketing,
    • couriers,
    • insurers,
    • legal offices and debt collectors,
    • banks,
    • payment operators,
    • public authorities.
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform related activities specified in separate provisions (e.g., on accounting). In relation to marketing data, they will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to your personal data,
    • correction,
    • deletion,
    • processing restrictions,
    • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing outlined in point 3.3 c) against the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised in case there are valid legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Service.
  7. Automated decision-making activities, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. FORM INFORMATION

  1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if they have been provided.
  2. The service can save connection parameters (time stamps, IP address).
  3. The service, in some cases, can save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for a purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., for the purpose of conducting the service request process or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.

6. ADMINISTRATOR LOGS

  1. Information on user behavior on the service may be logged. These data are used for service administration.

7. IMPORTANT MARKETING TECHNIQUES

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the site through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.   2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing for the customization of advertising messages according to user behavior on the site. This may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is being used for tracking, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled support for cookie files.
  3. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology makes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) aware that a person registered with them is using the Service. In this case, it is based on data for which it is itself the administrator; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
  4. The Operator uses a solution that examines user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service provider so that they do not know to whom the physical person they refer to.
