I paid but did not receive my tokens

Contact support and include the Google Play order number. This allows the payment to be found and assigned to the correct Total Battle Helper account faster.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Use the password reset option on the login screen in the Total Battle Helper Android application.

Can I buy tokens without an Android device?

Tokens are currently purchased through the Total Battle Helper Android application. Another user can buy a package and transfer tokens from the Account section of the app.

Problems with the game client and Crypt Rider.

The program cannot find the game process

Install and start the official Total Battle desktop client. The browser version of the game is not detected.Download the Total Battle client

Crypt Rider does not start

Before pressing START, make sure no research, march or army training is currently active and that the game is open on the kingdom map.

Crypt Rider stops at the Watchtower

Set the game language to English. Open Watchtower, select Crypts and Arenas, then scroll the list all the way to the top before starting.

Sometimes there are problems with assigning tokens to your account. If you've paid and haven't received your tokens, please contact me via the contact form. To expedite the process, please also send me your Google Play Store order number.

I would like to buy tokens, but I don't have an Android device

Unfortunately, tokens are currently only available for purchase in the Total Battle Helper app (Android). I'm working on an iOS version. If you don't have an Android device, you can ask someone to buy you a token pack or transfer it from their account (option in the account section of the Total Battle Helper app).
